Exchange Policy

Customer does not need cause or reason for an exchange.  Unused item(s) may be returned within thirty (30) days from the date received by the customer.  Due to hygiene issues, soap may only be returned if it is unused, undamaged, and still wrapped in the original label.

The purchase price of the returned item(s) may be applied toward an immediate exchange, may be applied toward a merchandise credit voucher (for future redemption), or may be applied to a combination of exchange and voucher, whichever the customer prefers.  Exchanges and/or merchandise credit vouchers are for the purchase price only; customer pays shipping.

Exchange Procedures

1. Contact Pallas Athene Soap within thirty (30) days of receiving an item to be exchanged.  Please, inform Pallas Athene Soap of whether an exchange or a credit voucher is preferred.  If an immediate exchange is chosen, please indicate desired replacement product(s).
2. Return the unused item(s) to Pallas Athene Soap, PO Box 133, Spring Valley, CA 91976-0133, USA.  Returned item(s) should be carefully packaged and parcel should be postmarked within thirty (30) days from the date originally received.
3. When Pallas Athene Soap receives the returned item(s), the customer will be contacted (usually via email) to confirm the exchange and/or credit voucher.  If the exchange and/or credit voucher is for an amount equal to the returned item(s), then the replacement product(s) and/or credit voucher will be sent to the customer no later than the next business day.  If the replacement product(s) cost(s) more than the returned item(s), then Pallas Athene Soap will bill the customer for the difference and the replacement product(s) will be sent to the customer no later than the next business day after confirmed payment is received.
